What are Campus Store Alerts?
Campus Store Alerts are SMS messages that are sent to opted in users that contain promotional alerts for Follett customers. After an initial confirmation SMS message, users receive 5 SMS messages per week.
How do I sign up for Campus Store Alerts?
You can sign up for Campus Store Alerts by texting CAMPUS to 839825. By signing up, you will receive 5 Campus Store Alerts per week. Campus Store Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.
Is it free?
Although all Campus Store Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?
To stop receiving all Campus Store Alerts messages, simply text STOP to the short code 839825. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.
What if I want to opt back in?
You can start receiving Campus Store Alerts messages again by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: “How do I sign up for Campus Store Alerts”.
What if I want more info?
To request more info, simply text HELP to the short code 839825. You can also call us toll-free on 1-800-381-5151. Ivy Tech Students, please call 1-866-714-0022.
STOP: At any time, you can text STOP to the short code 839825. This will prevent you from receiving any future Campus Store Alerts, following the confirmation message(s) described above in the “What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?” section.
HELP: At any time, you can text HELP to the short code 839825. Texting HELP will return a message such as the following:

Your consent to receive text messages is not necessary to make a purchase from the Follett Corporation. You agree that you are at least 13 years of age.
You agree that the Follett Corporation offers this recurring message program on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind including the warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that Follett Corporation is not liable to you for any harm, loss, or damage that might arise out of its operation of or your participation in the recurring message program.
