Q: Why am I receiving this Bloomberg Businessweek subscription?
A: You are receiving this subscription of Bloomberg Businessweek as part of your school's partnership program with Bloomberg Businessweek. Your school is making an investment in your future to help you develop into a leader of tomorrow by providing you access to essential business insight and financial news. Your subscription is paid for through the program and is at no additional cost to you. Be sure to read your weekly issue which will be delivered to your Zinio account (Zinio is Bloomberg Businessweek's Digital partner). Information on how to access your account is below.

Q: What is Zinio?
A: Zinio, a digital content platform provider, enables you to access your Bloomberg Businessweek magazine via PC/Mac computer, iPad, iPhone, or Android device. To enjoy Bloomberg Businessweek on any of these devices, make sure to sign in or register your account at Zinio.com/Register and check out how to access your subscription at Zinio.com/apps.

Q: How do I create a Zinio account to read Bloomberg Businessweek issues?
1) Go to Zinio.com/Register.
2) Enter your name, the email address associated with your Bloomberg Businessweek subscription, and a password to create an account. If unsure of correct email address, please reference the welcome email you received or contact Bloomberg Businessweek's education support team at bwkedusupport@cdsfulfillment.com
[Note: Without the correct email address you will not have access to your issues. You MUST register with the same email address as the one associated with your subscription.]
3) Click "create your account" when you've entered the information.
4) Follow the registration steps and click "confirm your selection" when done.
5) Once you have created your account, you can go to your Library at Zinio.com/Library or download one of Zinio's apps to read Bloomberg Businessweek!

Q: How do I contact Zinio customer service for help?
A: Customers are able to contact Zinio through their help center or email support@zinio.com. You can also live chat for support from 9AM to 5PM PST or leave a voicemail at Zinio's toll free number: (888) 946-4666. Someone will return your call within 48 hours.

Q: But what if I already have a Zinio account with a different email address? Can I combine both accounts?
A: Sure! Email us at support@zinio.com and our dedicated customer care team will help you merge your accounts after reviewing your account with you.

Q: How do I read Bloomberg Businessweek on Zinio?
A: Zinio gives you many great ways to view your magazines: On your PC/Mac using the Zinio Desktop Reader software (available here), Online Reader, or using one of our apps for mobile reading (available here).

The Zinio Desktop Reader allows you to download your magazines onto your computer. Once downloaded, your magazines can be viewed without an internet connection. To get started, you need to install the Zinio Reader (compatible with Windows Vista/XP/2000 and Mac OS). You can download it by clicking here. Once the Zinio Reader is installed, any magazines that are available to you will download automatically.

The Zinio Online Reader allows you to access the your issues directly from your library on Zinio.com in your browser. With the Online Reader you don't need to download any software. Just click on the cover image from your library and the issue will automatically open.

If you prefer to read Bloomberg Businessweek on your mobile device(s), you can download one of Zinio's apps. For iPad/iPhone go to iTunes App Store and for your Android devices go to Google Play.

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: We can help you! Go to "forgot password" at Zinio.com/Login and enter the email address associated with your account. Alternatively email Customer Care at support@zinio.com.

Q: I reset my password but never received the follow up email. What should I do?
A: If you did not receive an email from Zinio in your inbox, please make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. If you still cannot locate the password reset email there, please email Zinio's technical support team at support@zinio.com.

If you have received a password reset email but it is not accepted, please make sure that if you are copying and pasting the password you are not highlighting an extra space after the password. Pasting the password with the extra space will add an extra character when trying to change your password. If you are manually typing the password, please note that the password is case-sensitive, which means that you will need to type upper and lower-case letters, as necessary.
